We are Thonotosassa, FL RV Resort, we welcome all ages to stay up to 14 days (we are 55+ for long term stays). We are the closest RV Resort to Busch Gardens & Adventure Island, and a perfect short-term stay location for families.

Daily Rates:
- April thru October: $70 (includes tax and Electric)
- November, December & March: $85 (includes tax and Electric)
- January & February: $95 (includes tax and Electric)
Weekly Rates:
- April thru October: $375 (includes tax and Electric)
- November, December, & March: $430 (includes tax and Electric)
- January & February: $450 (includes tax and Electric)
Monthly Rates (55+ only)
- November, December & March: $1150 (includes tax) + Electric
- January & February: $1350 (includes tax) + Electric
- April thru October: $850 (includes tax) + Electric
6 Month Stays (55+ Only) 6 months on, 6 months off:

- 3 Installments @ $1,800.00 (Due November 1st, January 1st, February 1st)
- Your RV may stay on the site for up to 6 months unoccupied free of charge after you have completed your first winter 6 months stay if you are returning next season.
- Electric will be billed based on usage while your RV is unoccupied.
Yearly Rate:
- $795/month (includes tax) + Electric with a 12-month signed lease
Cabin and RV Rental Units:
All Rental Units Are Unfurnished. A minimum 2-night stay is required. Please call the office for availability. All prices include tax.
- Large Cabin: $395/week + Electric
- Small Cabin: $325/week + Electric
- Villa: $850/month + Electric
- Park Model: $950/month + Electric
All rates are based on 2 persons per site. Each additional person is $2.50/night
Additional Charges:
- Overnight Guests: $2.50 + tax per night
- Off-Site Storage: $125 + tax per month
- Off-Site Storage (covered): $260 + tax per month
- Late payment fee: $25 + $5/day after 10 days
- Return check fee: $35 / check
- Mailbox Key Deposit: $5
